(TORONTO, CANADA) Tom Hayes, Director of Development for the Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL), is proud to announce that Bob DeMarco has been appointed as the new chair of the Development Committee.
Over the past three years, DeMarco has served as an FIL Development representative, providing equipment grants and conducting development clinics in a number of developing countries. DeMarco’s efforts with Belgium, Russia and, most recently, China, helped those countries’ National Governing Bodies for lacrosse field competitive teams and participate in the 2014 Men’s World Lacrosse Championship this past July in Denver, Colorado, as a part of the 38-nation event.
